St. John’s Medical College has been consistently ranked among the top ten “BEST MEDICAL COLLEGE IN INDIA” since 2014. The St. John’s Medical College building has an Academic Block in a 140-acre green and Wi-Fi-enabled campus. In the academic building of one of the best medical colleges in India, St. John’s Medical College has over 10 lecture halls ranging in seating capacity from 30 to 350 and equipped with audio-visual facilities, examination halls with a seating capacity of 800 and well-equipped student laboratories. Dispersed at some stage in the sprawling lush inexperienced campus are four auditoria with seating potential of 200 to a thousand and quite a few smaller lecture halls and dialogue rooms to facilitate learning.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Admissions in St. John’s Medical College
10+2 in PCB stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks
Selection Criteria: NEET-UG + KEA counseling
- Candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December of the year of admission to the MBBS Course.
- Candidate must have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology / Bio-technology, taken together, at the final examination of the Pre-University Course or its equivalent. With respect to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Classes the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Bio-technology, taken together, in the qualifying examination shall be 40% instead of 50%.
- Candidate must have appeared in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test UG – 2023 (NEET UG – 2023) and qualified for admission to the MBBS course as per the criteria laid down by the Government of India.
- Candidate must be an Indian Citizen with Indian domicile (resident of India for at least 7 years preceding application). There is no NRI quota in St. John’s.
- If any of the certificates or information provided at the time of admission is subsequently found to be false, the allotted seat is liable to be canceled and the candidate will have to pay up the entire course fee and bond penalty.
